Team-Based Simulations (role-play)

Simulation workshops and academic courses using real-world engagement to develop professional skills.

The workshops significantly increase team productivity.

To date, the populations we have worked with are Team-leaders and Project Managers, Engineers, Software and Cyber teams,
Business managers and High-stress startup workers.

We also run student training courses at various academic institutions for Entrepreneurship & Business students,
Educators and Student-teachers.

The Workshops

• 3-4 hours long.

• Four to five workshops per year.

Ongoing Research

The work is accompanied by long-term academic research in the following areas:

• “Teaching students real-world engagement skills using live simulations and reflective discussions”

• “Improving team productivity through live simulations and reflective discussions.”

The Workshops Include

• In-depth group analysis of challenging situations based on real-world examples.

• Filmed group simulations of team members role-playing different strategies in these situations.

• Group reflective discussions where we study the videos and analyze approaches, tone of voice, body language and more.
